Kitties!
A wonderfully nice woman and animal advocate at work -- we'll call her Katie, because that is her name -- has rescued two little kitties. They can't live with her cats because the poor darlings have tested positive for feline leukemia. Here are Katie's words on the kittens, who for now are living in her bathroom:
The kitties are a couple of grey tabby girls that are sweet and currently healthy. They are sisters and about 6 months old. They've both tested positive for feline leukemia, so shouldn't go to a home with negative kitties. They deserve a home with love and affection.
Amen, sister.
So, if you're interested in adopting two darling little ladies (I'll post photos when I receive them), please let me know, and I'll give Katie your number or e-mail address.
Incidentally, Katie is the same woman who sought a home for another cat a few months ago. I'm happy to report that because of her efforts, the cat found a new family. Great work, Katie!
