On the move

I just gave my 60-day notice to the good people at Post Properties. This is such a relief. Mine is a nice little home, but I really don't need an apartment that comes equipped with its own convenience store, televisions on each level of the garage and a car wash. Yes, a car wash. I also will not miss certain other aspects of Uptown living.

Most importantly, however, I'm looking forward to the extra cash a more reasonable apartment will afford. I'm not a starving student by any means, but I am an easily worried student with perhaps irrational fears of going broke.

And now I must head off to school, dutifully attend lecture -- and reaffirm my prowess at the air hockey table.
