Yesterday I spent some time at an office other than my own. I was allowed to help myself to some coffee. When I entered the kitchen, I found this:

Holy smokes! Look at it! It's a wonder of science and engineering. Not only does it have a nifty LCD display, but it also has such options as "coffee over ice" (which means it dispenses less coffee), and it lets you choose the strength of the brew.

Why doesn't my office have something this awesome, I ask?
