The wind beneath my dreams
Dear neighbor,
I admire the diligence you apply in practicing your instrument, which I cannot precisely identify but which I can most certainly hear through my walls. You sound like you must be pretty good. Really; I'm not just saying that.
However, I do wish you'd start your practice sessions at a more reasonable time in the morning, like, say 1 or 2 p.m. or perhaps later, depending on the day. Today, for example, is Saturday, the day after most normal people have stayed out a bit late. On weekends, I'd prefer you to break out your instrument, which may or may not be a clarinet, no earlier than 3 p.m. It's really best for all of us if you consider my request and act upon it.
Sincerely,
Rock and Roll Grammarian
P.S. -- I'm pretty sure you have that one sixteenth-note passage down pat. Good job! Now please move on to something else.
P.P.S. -- I've been missing my keyboard -- which has headphones, by the way -- a lot lately, and your practicing just makes matters worse. Therefore, screw you.
