Success!

I'm thrilled to announce I've found a darling studio sublet (with wood floors, ample closet space and a wall of windows!) in midtown Manhattan! The building is incredible -- doorman, concierge, several bays of elevators, a gym, a dry cleaners -- as is the location. What's more, the man whose lease I'm taking over is truly delightful, the sort of man who, were we closer in age, I'd most assuredly have been friends with in high school. Perhaps I'm being a bit ridiculous, but I consider this a good omen.
