Enchanted fungus
Now that I'm not eating meat, I'm on the lookout for satisfying alternatives to glorious, succulent steak. *pauses to wipe drool from chin* The most obvious choice is, of course, the mighty mushroom, which I often turn to in times of meatfullness, as well.
Anyway, while searching for recipes featuring mushrooms, I found a delightful little Web site from the good people at Monterey Mushrooms. I'm not sure why, but this site completely captivated me for at least 20 minutes. Be sure to read all about "Mushroom Wisdom."
