A matter of utmost urgency

For the last day or so I've been trying in vain to remember the name of a movie from the '80s. It was about warring aerobics centers, and the rivalry culminated in -- I kid you not -- an aerobics-off. There were leg warmers. And sweatbands. Oh yes.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about here?
