Photo op

I've decided to jump on the digital camera bandwagon. So, I've been researching Consumer Reporters articles. Consumer Reports says the Kodak EasyShare CX7430 and Fujifilm FinePix A330 are good basic cameras for novices like me. I'd like to know what the rest of you are using.
