Struggling to think outside the box

So there I was in lecture, calmly minding my own business, when my professor casually mentioned something related to RNA. What was it, you ask? Oh, it's a little something called the TATA box. Oh my holy hell. How on earth could I not laugh? I tried. I really did. But one simply cannot ignore TATA box. Once again, Rock and Roll Grammarian found it utterly impossible to stifle her laughter. Thank heavens I wasn't the only one this time. I was, in fact, one of TWO whole people in the class who laughed. However, I was the only one who continued to laugh long past the initial mention of the TATA box. Dr. Chippindale mercifully moved past the TATA box, and I thought perhaps I'd be spared more embarrassment. But then he put a transparency up on the projector that clearly labeled the TATA box, and all was lost again. Man, I love that class.
