Spring break by the numbers

Here's a partial recap of my week of blissful freedom:

  • Miles walked: 15-20
  • Parks visited: 2
  • Friendly Oklahomans met, excluding friends and family: 3 (two on my trip to the Arbuckles and one at a gas station in Arlington, Texas)
  • Seal rallies attended: 1
  • Minutes spent fretting about work: roughly 30 (a vast improvement, by the way)
  • Pieces of beef jerky consumed: 0
  • Alcoholic beverages consumed: countless
  • Books read: 0, sadly enough
  • Dinners with ex-boyfriends: 2
  • Closets cleaned and reorganized: 1
  • Acoustic versions of the Human League's "Don't You Want Me" sung: 1
  • Abortive attempts at cooking with tofu: 4
  • Professional actors met: 1
  • Line graphs created: 1
  • Hugs from strangers: 1
  • Bowling games lost: 2
  • Spirit-rejuvenating conversations with kick-ass long-lost friends: 2

All in all, it's been a damned good week.
